It can be swallowed directly or wrapped in meat or food for administration without fasting.
For the control of Toxocara canis, lactating bitches should be dosed 2 weeks postpartum and every 2 weeks until weaning. Puppies should also be dosed at 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age, then every 3 months thereafter. It is recommended to administer the drug to the puppies at the same time as the mother dog.
For dogs with severe nematode infestation, the dose should be repeated 2 weeks after the first dose.Adult dogs are routinely dewormed every 3 months.
Side effects:
According to the recommended dose, no adverse reactions have been seen. Dogs occasionally vomit when overdose is used.
Precautions:
