Sensitive Gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus, Bacillus anthracis, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium septicum, Clostridium chauvoei, etc. Sensitive Gram-negative bacteria include Haemophilus, Neisseria meningitidis, Pasteurella, etc. Sensitive bacteria can develop resistance to this product, and there is a partial cross-resistance between Staphylococcus aureus to this product and erythromycin. Pharmacokinetics: After oral administration, tylosin can be absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, while tylosin phosphate is less absorbed. After absorption, tylosin is widely distributed in the body. The concentration of the organs after injection is 2 - 3 times higher than that after oral administration, but it is not easy to penetrate into the cerebrospinal fluid. |
