1. What is the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ varies depending on the product. Generally, MOQs for regularpet products start at 100 pieces. For customized products, the MOQ may behigher. Please contact our sales team for the latest information.
2.Do you support customized service?
A: Yes, we provide customized service, including but not limited to product color, size, packaging and logo printing. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
3. What are the payment methods?
A: We accept a variety of payment methods, including Trade Assurance.Bank Transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C), Western Union, and so on. Specific payment methods can be determined according to the order amount and mutual agreement. For the first time cooperation, we usually require 30% prepayment, and the rest is paid before shipment.
4.What is the logistics and delivery schedule?
